1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RizeUp Restro platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RizeUp Restro provides a suite of tools for restaurant management, including but not limited to, a Point of Sale (POS) system, menu management, and order tracking.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or yearly). All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RizeUp Restro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
